Rapeseed is grown for the production of animal feeds, edible vegetable oils, and biodiesel; leading producers include the European Union, Canada, China, India, and Australia. In India, 6.7 million tons are produced annually. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, rapeseed was the third-leading source of vegetable oil in the world in 2000, after soybean and palm oil; it was the world's second-leading source of protein meal; it forms one-fifth of the production of the leading soybean meal.
Our rapeseed meal processed is a coarse powdery material sourced from rapessed cake after series of prepared physical procees followed by multistage extraction of oil under hygienically controlled conditions.
Our Rapeseed Meal has an excellent amino acid composition, often compared to milk protein and thus it contributes a high nutritive value. The amino acid profile has adequate Lysine and Methionine which is very much preferred in poultry feed.
We export arround 10,000 MT of Rapeseed meal to, South East Asian, Far East and Mediterranean countries
